Dr. Cindy S. Matteson, OD

Dr. Cindy Matteson graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She received her doctorate in Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago.

Dr. Matteson is an INFANT SEE Doctor and a member of the American Optometric Association and The California Optometric Society. She is certified to treat glaucoma and a variety of other eye medical issues. She is married to Dr. Most and they have three grown children..

Dr. Matteson is available Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Dr. Joseph F. Most, OD

Dr. Joseph Most graduated from Boston University with a degree in Biology and received his doctorate from The Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He specializes in contact lenses including complex cases. Dr. Most is certified to diagnose and treat a variety of eye conditions.

Joe loves to play tennis and ski in his free time. He volunteers for "Meals on Wheels" and a variety of vision screenings for the poor.  Dr. Most is available on Thursdays- Saturdays.

Mr. Michael Peterson, ABOC Optician

Michael was born and raised in the Bay Area. He is a licensed A.B.O.C  optician and will help you find the best frame and lenses for your prescription. He joined our practice in 2000. Mike is married and has two grown children. Mike is usually available Monday through Friday.

Mr. Stuart Esbit, ABOC Optician

Stuart is a licensed (ABOC) optician who joined our practice in May of 2001. He has been helping people see better for over 20 years by using the most advanced lens technology and latest frame fashions. Stuart was born and raised in So. California where he owned and operated Better Vision and Hearing Aid Center in Pasadena California. He has an adult son. Stuart has been with us for over twelve years and is available on Saturdays.

Ms. Cindy Morales, R.N.

Cindy is a registered nurse and an optometric technician.  She joined our practice in 2008 and has an adorable little girl. She enjoys working with patients and helping them to see and look their best. Cindy is able to speak Spanish fluently and works most Saturdays. She also works for a local cataract  and laser surgeon and is studying to become a Nurse Practitioner.

Linda Le

Linda joined our practice in 2012. She is our pre-tester and frames stylist. She works Monday-Friday and is attending Evergreen Valley College. Linda enjoys working with patients and is also able to speak Vietnamese.

If you are new to contact lenses, Linda will show you how to wear and take care of them. She also enjoys helping patients pick out stylish eye-wear. She is working toward her optician's license.

Julia Kobayahi Fuzuizumi

Julia joined our practice in 2012. She is a graduate of UCLA where she majored in Japanese and also a graduate of the Fashion Institute in Los Angeles in Textile Surface Design. She works Tuesday-Saturday in our office as a receptionist and pre-tester. Julia uses he fashion background to help patients look stylish.

Chyna Darner

Chyna has a career as a professional photographer (Chyna Darner Photography). She is working for us as a receptionist on Mondays while she is working on obtaining her Ophthalmic Medical Technologist License (COMT).  

She has attended  the Academy of Art University in San Francisco and Foothill College and will be attending Cal State East Bay in the Fall.

We are lucky to have her artistic personality and dedication to detail. 

Sue Davis

Sue is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She has recently moved here from Sacramento and has a background in business management. Besides helping patients, Sue is an avid tennis player. Sue works Tuesday-Saturday.
